Effective September 9, 2026. These terms govern every rental booked through haulyeahtrailers.com or by phone with Haul Yeah Trailer Rentals.
Agreement to Terms
By booking a trailer from Haul Yeah Trailer Rentals ("we," "us," or "our"), whether online through haulyeahtrailers.com or by phone, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book a rental with us.
Rental Eligibility
To book a rental, you must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must hold a valid driver's license recognized in the state where the trailer is picked up or delivered. You are responsible for confirming that your tow vehicle is capable of safely towing the trailer you book, including its weight and the weight of your load.
Booking and Payment
Reservations are made online through our booking calendar or by phone, and payment is processed through our booking provider, RentFlow, at the time of checkout. A temporary hold is placed on your card as a deposit; the amount varies by trailer type and is shown at checkout before payment is collected. All necessary equipment, including straps and tie-downs, is included in the rental price; there are no hidden fees.
We offer 1 day, multi day, and multi week bookings, with multi day and multi week discounts applied automatically at booking.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup is by appointment at 11475 48th Avenue, Allendale, MI 49401; instructions are sent by text once you book. Delivery is available if you are within 100 miles of our Allendale lot. [confirm delivery fee structure]
Renter Responsibilities
You are responsible for operating the trailer safely, securing your load with the provided straps and tie-downs, and returning the trailer on or before the scheduled return time. All late returns will incur additional fees if the trailer is not returned on or before the scheduled return time. Your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow; you are responsible for confirming this with your insurer before taking delivery. No special towing license is required for personal use, but you remain responsible for towing the trailer safely and in compliance with the laws of any state you drive in.
Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time without any additional fees. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may not be eligible for a full refund.
Liability
You are responsible for the trailer for the full duration of your rental, including any damage, loss, or traffic violation that occurs while it is in your possession. Haul Yeah Trailer Rentals is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, your load, or other property arising from your use of the trailer. You may tow the trailer out of state; rental charges are based on rental time, not mileage.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your rental will be handled in the courts of Ottawa County, Michigan.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continuing to book with us after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.

Our home base is Allendale, Michigan, and delivery reaches across West Michigan, from Grand Rapids and Wyoming out to Holland and the lakeshore. If you are within 100 miles of the lot, you are in our service area.
